What if Carmela "Mama" Coreleone lived to be 100? That would mean Michael would have to wait about thirty five to forty years to kill Alfredo. At that point, he might not have even cared and they could have reconciled and become best friends again.
Or would he have still killed Alfredo while she was alive and made it look like an accident?
