He was the only one in the James Bond franchise who actually was related to Ian Fleming. They served in WW2 together too. He was a real life James Bond in his youth.
Lee also gave Scaramanga a human side, something other Bond villains lacked.
A legendary actor and a great human being for those who knew him.

Christopher Lee is one of the best Bond villains. I love this movie. I will miss him.
