What if?

Sort of a hypothetical, alternate casting question. How would Christopher Lee been as James Bond in the 60s or 70s?
Personally I think he would have been bloody brilliant. He has the looks, tall, can pull off charming and ruthlessness no problem (look at the Hammer Dracula movies for example), and he was actually a commando in WW2 and was part of covert operations. The only weird thing would be seeing him as a hero because he is the villain in practically every other film. Your thoughts?

I think he is better as a villain. hasn't really got the looks for Bond.
