in this movie, Frank Renda has never tried to harm Majestyk physically, but threatened him only with his words.

what kind of law would free Majestyk when the case goes to the court?

in these forums, poster warn "SPOILER" when they reveal something that must remain unknown for 1st time viewers to enjoy the movie. What kind of moron who posts on here doesn't know that?

There is a statute of limitations for spoilers. Thirty years is more than enough.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

It's been a while since I saw the movie, but I recollect a chase scene with Majestyk in a pickup truck being pursued by many cars including one with Renda in it, plus of course the shootout at the lodge.

The only reason Majestyk isn't shot by Renda is because Renda doesn't get a clear shot. They were obviously out to kill each other and the police were aware of this.
