spin ID #'s of different lengths and multiples?
I have one of the original spin ID #'s back when they first started issuing them. Mine's only 7 characters long. Now they are all 9 characters long. They never had any that were 8 long. At least that I know of. They just skipped to 9 I guess because they were running out of 7's. But they rarely draw one that is one of the original 7's. Doesn't seem fair. Anyone else have this same problem?
I've heard of people having more than 1 spin ID #. But how do they do that? I think technically you're only supposed to have 1 per name and address. And I use library computers for my internet needs.
