Blu-ray Release?
Does anyone know if this film is being planned for a Blu-ray release? Having been out of print on DVD, it would be awesome to have it restored in Blu-ray.
shareI’d love to own it on HD or 4K but unfortunately the rights to the film are owned by a huge drugs company (they also own Sleuth (1972) and apparently they will only licence it out to another company to produce on HD etc if that company buys their whole catalogue for an exorbitant fee.
If enough people lobbied a company like Criterion or Arrow then maybe something could happen…
