So frightening in a very unique way..


This was one of the first films that I saw that made me afraid of a house during the day. There was an eerie feeling to the sunny,dusty, and mold ridden wooden house. Even the ending was during the day. Very very scary

That's one of my favorite horror flicks from the 1970's. It's a slow-burn, to be sure, but it's totally worth it.

Oliver Reed played "scared" very very well. He showed some great emotion and fear. Fantastic film

Yes. You nailed it. Having to go upstairs to open a door. Whether it be a closet or anything. I would put off doing it.
