Does anyone know of any specific locations you can visit that scenes in Slipper and the Rose were filmed?

I believe director Brian Forbes details the various European locations during his audio commentary on the the 'Special Edition' Image DVD (which is sadly now out-of-print).

I'll try to listen to the commentary again soon and fill in the locations, or you may wish to investigate yourself via the Wikipedia website.

I just replied to your e-mail. And I think you've got a great idea with putting the locations on the site. Once I listen (or it's posted here, whichever comes first) I'll go ahead and add them.
