I recently got the Blu-ray of Jesus Of Nazareth that was pressed in Spain (I got it from Amazon Spain) and it is the complete Mini-series including the two missing scenes which are not on the Mexican or German Blu-ray Versions. The discs are though they claim to be "Region 2 and PAL" able to play fine on my region 1 Oppo player. Apparently the original Spanish pressing was also missing the two scenes and the company that put it out got so many complaints that they went back and found the scenes and re-mastered them If you order this, before you open the Blu-ray check the back and make sure that next to the words "Filmax Home Video" it says V.2.0 as this is how the restored scene version is labeled and there are still some of the original (Non-scene restored)versions still hanging around.

Is this on the Amazon.uk site, if so, I'm ordering it ASAP :)?

I get lots of stuff from Amazon.uk but I didn't see this on it so I had to get it from Amazon.es . It really easy to order from there it set up almost like Amazon.uk. Use Google translate to help navigate the pages or a friend who speaks Spanish as there doesn't seem to be a option to view the pages in English.

Thanks so much for that information! I ordered this a couple of days ago from Amazon Spain because I had heard the two missing scenes had been restored. And I had heard that it will play on Region 1 players. I'll be sure to check for the V.2.0 on the back of the case. Really looking forward to watching this great inspirational film again!

I forgot to mention that YES it has the original English Soundtrack as well as the Spanish Soundtrack, just use the Language (Audio) option on either the menu or your remote to access it.

The scene were Zerah talks Judas into betraying Jesus and the one at the Last Supper were Jesus says, "One of you is about to betray me." were missing from the Mexican and German Blu-ray releases but are present in the version from Spain.

I think it's the same thing. This Blu Ray has no commentary or added footage at all!
