The Liporus
I'm presuming that after the two subs nuke N.Y. and Moscow, the Liporus was expandable and set on Self-Destruct right after the the nukes went off.. unless the sub crews did heavy damage to the ship and didn't realize they hit a gas line or so..!
Because, right after noon strikes.. the ships starts exploding everywhere.
