Use of Intense Colors

Argento's use of Intense colors makes it one of the most aesthetically satisfying visuals ever made.

If only the script and acting was a little tighter.

Suspiria 7.2/10

Oh, well, you can't have everything.

I rolled my eyes when the protagonist was counting her footsteps to find the hidden witch room. Goofy writing.

According to the IMDb trivia (which you always have to take with a pinch of salt) they were originally supposed to be 12 year old girls. Argento didn't bother changing the dialogue after they cast adults for whatever reasons. I could imagine a kid counting out loud and doing that stuff

Ahhh Argento Argento. This guy makes genuine creepy/twisted moments but always ruins his projects with horrible English dubs, cheesy techno music, and bad writing. You either Love him or Hate him.

The dubs rarely bother me so long as the leads speak English. And I love the cheesy techno scores. Tenebrae and Phenomena's in particular are amazing.

I agree. Great use of colors. My eyes have been gifted.

I like how you say Argento "ruins his projects with horrible English dubs, cheesy techno music, and bad writing" without even coming up with examples. IMDb: where everyone knows about script writing.

But yeah, the english dubs can be quite atrocious at times, but I don't let small things ruin a movie. Oh, cheesy techno music? Ah yes, Goblin has no idea what music is about, they are only educated musicians so of course you know more about music than them.
