what's up with the movie cover? they make it look like a comedy

Universal Studios attempted to con Richard Pryor fans by advertising it as a comedy, hoping it would help the movie do business at the box office. But, that strategy backfired on them, and the movie flopped.

It show's the change of character he when through in the film. The first is the pissed off Union worker. The other, the happy Union shop Rep. Got what he wanted.
