With the commentary I am very disappointed that Joe Dante completely ignored Janie Squire in the opening scene.
I mean he made no mention about how she got to be cast in the movie, whether she has a nice naked body and whether he got to see her later on in Cheerleaders Wild Weekend.
Dante also made the mistake in saying that Melody Thomas was in All My Children. Wrong soap as she is in Young and the Restless. One does not need to have great knowledge of the Young and the Restless to knows this. In fact Dante would already knows this if he had followed the career of Eric Braeden, who was originally cast as Dr Hoak before dropping out, as Braeden had played Melody Thomas's husband/ex-husband in Young and the Restless.
Well, he's there cause he's the director talking about a movie not some damn historian. You're lucky he knows who Melody Thomas is.
