I have a question about Benson and Kraus
Did the network ever say why the wouldn't hook Kraus and Benson up?

shareAnd the show received plenty of hate mail because of it. Even though it was already done before, the controversy was still out there. Heck, it was even a plot line on Soap after Benson left where Danny started dating a black girl.
shareA black man and a white woman is more controversial than a white man and black woman. In real conditions they would had hooked up but the writers and producers will not let Benson and Kraus be romantic togeter. Besides I remember two episodes one when Benson hypotised Kraus and he had to repel her and when Kraus's double the Texas heiress was attracive to Benson.
sharebenson and kraus had a love/hate thing going on...i agree the two of them would have a chance of hooking up early on but i think once they knew each other really well it wouldn't have worked out for either one of them....witness the ep where they accidently marry each other!...no they were better off as good friends...i think the two of them would actually hate each other if they got into a love relationship.
