Saturn's rings.

Why is the only approach to Saturn 3 made by battering a path through the rings in a fragile-looking spaceship. The POV from the moon clearly shows that it's outside the rings. One of many dumb things in this movie.

Honestly, I thought it was laughable then. I can't believe I paid money to see this crap.

True, that approach made no sense, but neither did it make sense in Wall-E, but it was cute there. :)
