I haven't made French toast or pancakes from scratch in a long time. Does anyone else besides me add cinnamon to it?

I didn't but my mom did! I didn't like it. Too milky and soggy. Ick.
It was only when I went to a restaurant and had proper french toast that I realized it can be quite yummy.

Just add cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 cup of sugar to Texas toast and you'll have French toast fit for a king.

I woke up this way...
