Why do people worship NightRider?

When he's not even a character. He has 1 minute of on-screen time and we know NOTHING of him.

Why?...who cares. For someone so critical of this movie, asking questions about theatrical intangibles is awfully amateur of you, no? Do all the unexplained aspects of a movie need to be spoon fed to you?

They don't worship him, they remember him when they look at the night sky!

Why though? Do you remember Wez's boyfriend too?

Wez's boyfriend too?

His character was memorable, just like many lines from a film. Show me the money...etc.

Wez's "boyfriend" is actually supposed to be his "adopted son" The man who played Wez said in an interview that originally he was just his like surrogate kid, not a gay boy. But it comes across that way in the film. He never cared though.

Well, he said it, but perception is everything.

You can't be running around in assless leather pants then claim the lovely looking girl-boy on the back of your bike is your son. That won't wash with anyone.

...then whoa, differences...
