I know at 32 seconds it looked like there was a gunshot in the center of the window.

This video is really awesome!!

But was some of it CGI? The reason I ask is because some of it looked like video game quality. I know it says it was shot by special cameras but was all if it actual real footage? At the 53 second mark it looks like Robin's Nest but it looks completely renovated and new whereas in reality it's a rundown old place. What's the deal there?
