Ted McGinley and this films endurance

I was almost positive that Ted McGinley who starred in Revenge of The Nerds and Married With Children amongst many other things was one of Moody's three main thugs along with the boy who later became elevated to "Head Bully" in the Karate Kid... I didn't see his name credited but I was pretty sure that was him...
Anyone know if that is true or not...
I just watched this film for the first time with my 13 year old son since it was first run on HBO back in 1980 when it played
6 X per day all summer long...
The movie holds up nice and has a great stand up for yourself message which you don't hear about in school.. These days it's all about alerting the authorities ...
I'm so blessed to have grown up in the 70s & 80s... Great seeing all those young stars in there teens..priceless
Again that movie held up well..a little adjusting to the soundtrack and score and it could be released in 2014 and would probably be a home run...

Not True!

McGinley was not one of Moody's Thugs (Dubrow, Koontz & Hightower).

They were played by Richard Bradley, Tim Reyna and Dean R. Miller respectively.

There is SOME resmeblance to William Zabka who was Johnny in The Karate Kid.
But its not him, I also thought the blonde kid seems to old for high school.

This is another case of mistaken identity. Alot of people think John Travolta played Buddy Repperton in Chirstine. (it was William Ostrander)

reply

Anyone who thinks Travolta played Buddy in Christine is an idiot and should not be allowed to watch movies. The only thing they share is long late 70's/early 80's hair.

Man your brain needs some kind of facial recognition software redesign.
