The greatest scene in that film is when Pryor lights a match off the chest of the main prison thug and says "Ohhhhhh sh***t..." when it works.

~Half life fan~Why do we all have to wear these ridiculous ties?
For me it has to be the first prison scene near the beggining where Harry slaps that bald dude on the back of his head while trying to squash that fly, and he says something like, while rather angry it has to be said, 'it's right on the end of your nose' and misses his target and punches that big buff black dude in the mouth! The way he's so nervous not to take a beating makes me chuckle every time, quality!

I love when they tell Gene Wilder to be in the prison rodeo, and he says something like:
Skip: Oh! Oh my god! Warden! I can't do that!
Warden: What in the hell are you talking about..?
Skip: Well, I should have told you in your office! My mother was a veterinarian! I can't have anything to do with the exploatation of animals, she'd turn over in her grave!
Warden: I don't believe you heard me correctly. This is very important to me!
Skip: Important to you!? My mother is watching over every step I make! Do you know that my soul is on the line here..? So let's just drop..
[looks up]
What? I said no. Whoa, I told him no..! Ma, are you crazy, I have witnesses.. All right, we'll talk about it in my cell!
[looks at the warden]
Uhm.. I have to go to the bathroom. Would you excuse me, warden?

When they get sentenced to 130 years (or something like that) in prison, and Richard Pryor is like "...what? 130 years! I'm gonna be 163 when I get out!...".
That's some funny *beep*
This film and See No Evil Hear No Evil both have sooo many quotables it's unreal.
It has to be the whole sequence of the prison guards trying to break Skip and make him ride in the rodeo
1 - Tie him up in chains, come back the next day and he says 'My back, my 13 year back problem is fixed! Thanks fellas'
2 - Lock him in the chicken coop for a week, when they come to let him out he says 'Just one more day, please, i was just getting to know myself'
3 - Hard labour without any water, when they get back to the cell and he is pretending to do tai chi saying 'ooooooh shi, ooooh shi' and then collapsing on the bed, then when they walk past again sitting up and pretending to be meditating! Harry pulls his bed onto the floor and collapses
4 - He comes back and finds Harry forced against the cell bars by Grossberger. In the morning they are sitting on the floor playing cards with him.
It is genius! I could watch that film again and again.

When Pryor and Wilder first enter jail and try to act like badasses. " That's right, that's right, we're bad. "
But the funniest to me was when the guards lock Grossberger in the cell with Pryor. The look, expressions, and incoherent babbling by Pryor as Grossberger is standing in front of him is priceless. The stuff comedic legends like Richard Pryor are made of.
