OJ Simpson an Extra?

In the scene when they're first entering jail a man can be seen behind Gene and Richard for a bit that looks a HELLUVA lot like OJ Simpson, like he's an extra. Anyone else think this? Like the actual inside part of the real jail.

No that never crossed my mind before. Man, thats a scary thought of being in jail with O.J.

It would be pretty ironic, wouldn't it? Since he is now rotting in jail.

I checked the DVD, the extra does look like OJ but has less hair than him and looks older than he was at the time. I don't think that's him.
