I THINK it was a Cab Driver, but the character's name is Chico. He is played by Luis Avalos. Does anyone remember if this is the same actor who was on the C.T.W. program, in the '70's, "The Electric Company"? Hint:"Hey, You Guuuuyyyyssss!"
