From beginning to end, possibly the funniest movie I've ever seen!

true, it is very very funny...but not
from beginning to end. once they start
the big escape, theres no more funny
bits, so i usually only watch up to the rodeo.

but really funny up to then with a superb comedy pairing.

My favorite part is when they were walking to the jail cell and when Richard Pryor turned the corner he put the hard voice on.

"What are you doing?" "I'm getting bad." "You don't get back, Jack you gon get fuc*ed." Priceless.

I'll assume you meant "Why?".

My comment was for the original poster. Anyone that thinks "Stir Crazy" is the funniest movie ever made hasn't seen enough funny movies. I thought it was a pretty self-explanitory statement.

There was me thinking there was going to be thread on IMDB that didn’t turning a school ground slagging match. If you haven’t anything to say about the movie why not discuss your insecurities in yahoo chat or the middle of the road.

Anyway, the film is one of my favourites; I never get tired of watching it. I do agree with an earlier post, it does turn sour when they escape from the rodeo. But hey.... "Sesame!"
