DIFFERENT OR DELETED SCENES?

I own a copy of the film, "Endless Love." I happened to see a spanish version of it on YouTube and I noticed there were a few different scenes in it than what appears in the English-speaking version. Has anyone else seen this and do you have any idea what David is saying when he is locked up and they are showing the Butterfield family spreading the father's ashes? I heard David talking, but it was in spanish and I do not speak it. I could only understand bits of it. Also, the ending is a bit different. Why are there different scenes in the spanish version? If anyone knows what David is saying, would you be nice enough to quote him for me so I know exactly what he is saying word for word? Thank you if you can do that for me!

Can you please post a link to the Spanish version?
I can't find it. ^-^ Thank you Wolftongue-1! :)

According to Mr. Zeffirelli's autobiography (if I'm remembering correctly), his original rough cut of the film was about 5 hours long! He previewed it for a few people, including the wife of a person in the industry who isn't usually easy to please, but she really loved it. This was very encouraging to him, but the theatrical version was ultimately influenced by skewed viewer polls and studio politics. His friend later asked him what had happened to the film she fell in love with. He felt really bad about disappointing his cast, crew, and friend. If Mr. Zeffirelli can release his director's cut one day, I think he will stop feeling guilty about it! I hope he still has all the rough footage too! :)
