not the uncut version. but R rated version could have been PG-13 today. i know the movie came out in 81 and there wasnt any PG-13 yet., but it really only had some cussing and F words and no nudity what so ever. And all the gore was completely edited out..

The movie could have every death appear off-screen and just the fact that over 10 innocent people were murdered would be enough for the movie to get an R rating alone. Also the swearing would warrant an R rating too. By your definition Black Christmas should be rated G.
