The characters were 31 and 16. As for the actresses; Laurence Fishburne played Cuba Gooding Jr.'s father, and they are only 7 years apart, so it really cold be worse (and it was in a parody of Cuba and Laurence's relationship in a comedy staring the Wayans brotehrs).

It was 11 years . Pretty amusing when the character of the mother is 32 and they make the daughter 16. The father would be pushing 40 so maybe statutory rape . :/ I think the oldest should have been 10 or 12. Dunne was too old . Or Williams too young . Although both were great in the film .
