20mm six-barrel cannon I understand - it's a *beep* in anyone's language. But what is NORDOC? Is it technobabble made up by the film makers?

NORDOC armor was a precursor to Kevlar made up of multiple layers of unobtainium and badassium coated with an outer shell of Dilithium infused Cobalt Thorium G.
