If I had to choose between the sheep's head and the bugs and monkey's brains in Temple of Doom, I guess I'd choose the sheep's head.
Sheep (or lamb) head is considered a delicacy in Italian cooking. It’s called Capuzelle. So I guess there are people who would eat it. My dad happens to love it, even though he’s not Italian, although he won’t go near it unless the eyes are removed.
