Joshua is better than FBI + NORAD?
How did Joshua get David's number, when even the FBI and NORAD couldn't even track him, except to general Seattle area?
The whole plot of the movie depends on this trivial, little point. But it's NOT explained in the movie. That's bad moviemaking.
Though I can't hate this movie - "War Games (1983)" is just such an atmospheric, energetic, cool, great-musiced (?) eighties classic, with computers and hacking and all that jazz. Hmm, thankfully, not much jazz, though I don't know what that awful, slow crapsong is near and at the end. It slows down the pace, kills the mood, and makes everything boring all of the sudden.
