Favorite Halloween episode

Trick or Treat, Halloween Candy, or Cutty Black Sow, which is yours?

They're all great, Cutty Black Sow is one of the freakiest things ever put on TV, but my favorite's Halloween Candy.

I'd have to say my favorite is Cutty Black Sow, but Trick or Treat is a close second. Halloween Candy was good too, it just didn't stick with me as much as the other two did.

Halloween Candy. The other episodes are really good as well but my favorite is Halloween Candy

I love the magical whimsy of Halloween Candy and the atmosphere is amazing. The wind blows the leaves on the porch as the night draws closer to midnight, a mysterious trick-or-treater pays visit to the old man and screw with his reality. It's a freaky episode and did a great job at making me feel like the old man and the goblin entered into some kind of purgatory where they were the only 2 that existed, closed off from the rest of the world.

Tales from the Darkside excelled at creating this lonely feeling. The Devil's Advocate and The Last Car created this same limbo that made this series really creepy.

I love all three, but Trick or Treat is my ultimate favorite.
