Lets rank the 8 Darkside-ish TV shows

Just thought it would be interesting to compare opinions of these type of TV shows. If you haven't seen one, just leave it out. Also, if anyone knows of any I left out that are worth checking out, let me know..
1) Alfred Hitchcock Hour/Presents
2) Twilight Zone (original)
3) Outer Limits (90's)
4) Tales from the Crypt
5) Twilight Zone (early 2000's)
6) Tales from the Darkside
7) Outer Limts (original)
8) Monsters

I've only seen a few of these but the few I have seen I have seen in full.
There's also Night Gallery, The Hitchhiker, Thriller, One Step Beyond etc

But my rank
1.Tales From The Darkside
2. The Twilight Zone (Original) - This is the most well wriiten and made of the three though.
3. Tales From The Crypt - It's amazing and this and Darkside I always go back and forth with.

I haven't seen the others :(
Monsters needs to get to dvd.

Some good ones that you forgot are Twilight Zone from the 80s, The Ray Bradbury Theater, Night Visions, and Amazing Stories. Some others are Freddy's Nightmares, DarkRoom, Fear Itself, Masters of Horror, and The Hunger.

There is also Friday the 13th the Series, but it isn't quite the same category as the other shows mentioned.

Friday the 13th reminds me more of Supernatural/The X Files.

I liked Tales from the Darkside but Unsolved Mysteries was my favorite.

"A Haunting" on Discovery was dark.

This is personal preference and I haven't seen all of these shows

1. Twilight Zone (Original) considered overrated by many people but it's my favorite anthology television series.
2. Tales from the Crypt-Crypt Keeper always makes me laugh and even some of the worser episodes I've found entertaining. Some episodes are really predictable though (and not predictable in the I want to watch it and see if I'm right but I saw this happening ages ago)
3. Outer Limits (90's) I haven't seen much of these but the ones I did were all good. I dig Science Fiction.
4. Tales from the Darkside- Started watching this and after a few episodes I've started liking it. It is a bit dated and some of the acting can be too over the top for my taste but I like it.
5. Alfred Hitchcock Presents-Has some solid episodes but I'm not a fan.
6. Fear Itself- I can see why this got cancelled. In the bunch of episodes that aired all of them either didn't make sense or were just very mediocre.

We should learn from our past mistakes, so that we can make new ones.

From what I've seen, Twilight Zone (original) over all the others by a fairly wide margin. I think the reason being that it covers a lot of subject matter and genres, and it veers between being lighthearted and profound and serious. The other shows seem much more affixed to one certain type of direction.

Tales from the Darkside might be my 2nd favorite Anthology show. A lot of the episodes are goofy but they've got that certain quality to them that is closest to the Twilight Zone from the others. Plus once again the subject matter is somewhat of a random grab bag, whereas you usually know what you're getting with the other series.

They were all pretty cool...the two "Tales" are definitely my faves, and of course you've got to enjoy Hitchcock and The Twilight Zone.
