What scene is the song in? I haven't seen this movie in about 20 years but between 86-92, I probably watched it 50 times. I do not remember hearing it anywhere in the film. I would have noticed it because I was a fan of the Chung.

I haven't seen the movie in years, but I think it might be in the strip club scene.

Yes, it's the strip club scene. Just saw it on IFC of all places. Why, I don't know but it was on IFC Channel along with Scary Movie 2. Strange, I know.

Everytime I hear the song in Vice City it always sounds like they are singing "Dance All Day Long"

Oddly though, this song is not included on the Bachelor Party cd soundtrack.
