Cole Whittier one of the top all time Movie 'jerks'

His Look: Blue blazer, V-neck sweater, khaki slacks, penny loafers, coiffed blond hair, and a bug-up-the-ass face

Robert Prescott was great in this movie. It's ashame he didn't have more roles in movies.If it wasn't for him playing a A$$hole so great, Tom hanks wouldn't have came across as such a good-guy.Plus he did his own stunts.

He was also in "Real Genius" (1985) as Kent..another total jerk. He had some great scenes and lines there too.

He's up there. He ranks up there with Chet Donnelly (Bill Paxton) from Weird Science, and that's pretty high.

GQ Magazine named Prescott as one of it's top ten "Biggest Hollywood D!cks". Only William Zabka, who kept kicking at Ralph Macchio's already broken leg, was considered a "bigger d!ck". Prescott was disappointed with The GQ Magazine award when he learned it is given to an actor for his portrayal of unpleasant character traits, not some physical anomaly.
