When i saw it on comedy central i thought it was that one of the women just couldn't help herself and grabbed nicks "private parts" through his clothes in front of everyone and moaned because she was so turned on about his "size" she just couldn't help herself
That's edited. This is a movie you either need to buy or rent to get it in its full 80's glory.
In the movie, Hanks and his crew are having a bachelor party, but as the double standard goes, they didn't want the lady's to have fun. So, when they find out that the ladies are going to a strip club, they head over there first and pull this wuite original prank on the most prudish of the ladies, Kataen's mom. After hearing her order a hot dog, they get the Club's main attraction, Nick the Dick (name so because of his 12 inch plus penis) to encase his member in a footlong hotdog bun. He brings the order out to her, but is suspiciously carrying it at waist level.
(Nick Approaches)
MOM: Is this the foot long?
NICK: (self assured smile on face) And then some.
Mom then reaches for the hotdog, but finds that it is attached to Nick. So shocked is she that she yanks at it in denial. The women in her party have to pry her hands from the bun to stop her from yanking on it.

Minute afterward, she is still shocked. She is holding her hand in pretty much the same gesture that it was in while she was yanking on Nick's hotdog.
Shockingly dazed, she proclaims, "I had that man's penis in my hand."
You know what really sold this scene? Was the look on the face of the one wild girl who was always dancing around. She was thoroughly impressed haha!
