Reminds me of Police Academy

Didn't realize so many movies in the 80's had bits n pieces of unrealistic scenes. For this movie it was when the ex kidnaps Debbie near the end. But of course all of his actions could be considered unreal from trying to shoot Rick w/ his dart gun, etc.

Made me think of scenes from Police Academy that were just thrown in for humor.

Understandable, cuz Neal Israel and Pat Proft co-wrote both Bachelor Party and Police Academy. Yeah, and I know what you mean by things being unreal like the ending, but hey, it's comedy.
