BUT HOW DOES SHE KNOW THIS? I don't believe she ever hears or is told what room the party is in.
When the "Twins of Pleasure" are sent to her bridal shower by Cole, they told them they were supposed to be going to a bachelor party, as the ladies discuss it when they are getting ready to head out to the Biltmore Hotel.
Just pretend the twins told them what room they were supposed to be in, even though we never actually heard it spoken.

Well, considering the party is louder than hell she probably just followed the noise. Either that, than there's only one other explanation...

True she could have heard music but they were initially headed to that hotel knowing where the party would be and she even is shown looking at the room numbers and says to herself 'Room 102' knowing it is down that specific hallway where she stood.
I would assume Rick told her since he had nothing to hide from her. Far as theory that the hookers told em may or may not be correct since it was the pimp who was given the address and it was later changed when the ex pulled up. So most likely the only address the girls were provided was the house and only info they were able to provide was that they were there for a bachelor party.
