So was Rick's mom at his and Debbie's wedding? We know she's alive, because she is mentioned during the scene where Rick and his crew drop Debbie off for her bridal shower.

Given the fact that Rick would KILL his mom, it can be assumed they didn't get along, hence, she wasn't invited to the wedding.
