Old VHS

I remember when i whas a child my parents had a a doble VHS with canonball run 2 and the second whas a cartoon, been trying for ages to find out the name of the cartoon, but cant find anything about it anywhere. All i remember whas a guy with a yellow car and smocking cigarets and had a zippo lighter, and had a girl with black long har, and had a friend that had red hair and locked kind allike a clown and had a fat girlfriend with glasses, and in the end of the movie the friend trys to rape his girlfriend but then he came and kick hes ass. I think it wasnt a cartoon for kids:p but does anyone know the name of the cartoon? I lives in norway so i dont know if it just whas in a double VHS in norway or the rest of the world also:)
