I'm talking about My Bodyguard.

Yes, his lookalike was credited under a different name but it looked just like him.

Yeah that kid looked a lot like him, but its not him.

He was a bully in Back to School which came out later but he was also a bully in Just One of the Guys, which came out the same year as KK.
