subtitle challenge of Season 3

I'm a biiiiig fan of Growing Pains. It always brings back memories. My junior highschool summer vacations, lying on a couch in my grandpa's. Watching 1 or 2 episodes on TV everyday. Now I really wish these DVDs have subtitles because English is not my native tongue. Sometimes I got stuck on one or two words in one sentence, then I can't understand it completely. Would somebody help me on these:

[The Maggie actress had a bit of a slip of toung or slur when she said "of each of us" and it sounded like "of each ovs us" and that's why you couldn't make it out. I used headphones to hear it clearly.]

Episode 20 is fine. that's exactly what he said.

Did you really have to listen to these hundreds of times or it's just a figure of speech? this is insane if so. My english is also not my native tounge and I had to listen to these only 2-3 times to make it out...
