What Was The Goofy Glue Incident?

I always thought it was when Ben glued himself to the table after putting the lamp back together in Confidentially Yours. But that can't be it because that was the season 2 Finale. But earlier in Season 2, The Kid (Ben bringing the homeless girl over for Christmas), when the family was saying what they were thankful for Jason said there were no major accidents over the year with the exception of the Goofy Glue Incident.

So I must not be remembering something correctly, since The Kid and mention of the Goofy Glue Incident was made 13 episodes before what I'm thinking the Incident was.

Can anyone help?

I don't think it was referring to any episode in particular. I think the producers just wanted you to use your imagination about what it was.

Deleted scene: Ben jacks himself off but accidentally uses goofy glue instead of lube/lotion.

Ben somehow sat in goofy-glue (a close relative of super glue), got his butt glued to a table and when Carol and Mike tried to separate Ben's butt from the table, they accidentally pulled off a layer of wood with him. Actually one of the few scenes that I remember with Carol horrified that Mike was going to dispose the truth about The Goofy -glue Incident: "We made a pact to never discuss The Goofy-glue Incident!"
