Is this true about the theme song opening?

I heard they removed the lady on the show's baby picture because she is shown without a shirt. Is that true?

They had a baby picture of the woman who played Maggie and she was topless, but I think it was removed when they changed the opening credits in a later season, as they tend to do when the stars get older and the opening needs updating.
