I used to watch this show religiously as a kid and I remember an episode (I think it was a 2-parter) that opened with a guy falling down an elevator shaft. Anybody know which episode that was?

Of the 3 two-parters, I can definitely eliminate 2 and I doubt it was Lost Love.
