I cheated a little on this. I don't remember this particular episode, but from the description Christopher was really old to be cast as a high school student. He must have been at least 25 at the time. The casting director for that episode set off a cool chain reaction though. He also might have actually looked a lot younger in 1990. I'll look for him in this episode when it reruns.

Doug is his real name as well. You can look at early credits of many actors and see similar cases of credit names.
I also noticed that Don Davies,who played General Hammond in SG1 also appeared in 2 episodes
