Why was George originally written as a Construction Worker?
This was the weirdest thing ever about Mr. Belvedere. I mean, did Frank Dungan & Jeff Stein know anything about Bob Uecker when they originally wrote the Pilot, or did they think that the show wouldn't get past that stage?
Couldn't they have written George as a Sportswriter from the beginning?
