I remember one episode had Wesley answering the door while wearing a gorilla costume. Another episode I remember was Wesley (I think) doing a project on Mr. Belvedere and he was dubbed "The greatest housekeeper" or something. I am sure it was a project for school.

Not sure about the gorilla costume, but the other one just aired on Antenna TV this week. It's a subplot from a season 4 episode called 'Kevin Nightingale.'
The story is actually that Wesley led Mr. Belvedere to believe he had to observe someone at work for a whole day. He then creates an hourly schedule for Mr. Belvedere. And this causes Mr. Belvedere's gout to act up, where he winds up going to the hospital. It is learned that Wesley really had a bet with Howie Hufnagel about who could get their housekeeper to do the most work in a 24-hour period. So Wesley's attempts to be an efficiency expert and work Mr. Belvedere into the ground end up backfiring.
