I Had A Huge Crush On Tracy Wells When I Was Younger!

When the show first came on I was just 13 years old at that time and Ms. Wells was 14 years old. She is actually a year and 2 days older than me. I would always watch the show because I wanted to see her on the show. I even had a crush on her best friend who could never get Mr. Belvedere's name correct. I also liked the show because Wesley would irritate Mr. Belvedere. Anyone else have a crush on her as well when the show was on?

reply

Yes. I was in school when the show first came on television. I thought Tracy Wells and Michelle Matheson, her friend Angela, were both very attractive.
But most of all, I was a fan of the show. I think it was very well done, you don't see this type of comedy these days. Most television shows don't even have original theme music anymore. I believe "Leon Redbone" wrote and recorded the theme to the show. Definately one of my all time favorites.

reply

Oh yeah! Michelle Matheson was a hottie in that show! I would have loved to have seen her topless in Test Tube Teens but they did not let her though or show a scene either. I agree they do not make shows like this anymore and I wished that some station would show it but I have not seen it on television since the show went off the air in 1990. I have seen shows on TV like Growing Pains, Who's The Boss but never have I seen shown is Mr. Belvedere or Perfect Strangers. I find it crazy you know. I would love to see these shows aired on Nick@Nite.

reply

You're partly correct. Mr. Redbone did perform the theme song but he didn't write it. The people who wrote the song were the husband-and-wife team of Judy Hart-Angelo and Gary Portnoy, who also wrote the theme songs to "Cheers" and "Punky Brewster."

reply

This is about a crush on Tracy Wells not who wrote the song to Mr. Belvedere and who sang it! It is a shame that she did not continue on with her acting career but she fell in love, got married, and started a family. More than likely no one wanted to bring her onto any shows. She could have tried out for Married with Children playing possibly Kelly Bundy or any other roles you know.

reply

Hey, I was just offering a minor correction. If you have a problem with that, you shouldn't be posting here!

reply

No problem at all man! It is all cool.

Yes I had a crush on Tracy Wells, most of the girls on "Just the Ten of Us" (especially the one that was in "Nightmare on Elm Street"), and the actress that played Gwendolyn on "Charles in Charge." I must say, I had pretty good taste in women back in those days.....

reply

So did I as well! I had a crush on a lot of the girls on Just The Ten Of Us and other actresses in such shows as Charles In Charge also.

I had a crush on Wesley

Damn!! My posts attract so many nutty B-A-S-T-A-R-D-S!

That is cool to hear that you had a huge crush on Wesley.

I was 12 when this show first aired and finally noticing girls and I must admit that it was Tracy wells and her large breasts that kept me watching.she certainly developed a nice rack while on that show.I can't tell you how Many times I whacked off while looking at her chest.come to think of it maybe she's why I have a breast fetish today.all I can say is thanks Tracy wells for all the great times I had growing up.

reply

It has been so long since I have seen this show through out Tracy Wells growing up during that time for those seasons that she was on the show. It is a shame that this is not in syndication now so that I can watch her develop into a beautiful woman. I always had a crush on her when I was younger and she was hot. I somewhat wonder how she looks today.

might sound like a wierd question, but here it goes.

did heather ever get all wet on the show, water poured on her head from any kind of reason i would loved to see that n which season she was hot i loved her to thanks

reply

I am not sure when she got the water poured over her head because it has been so long since I have seen the rest of the seasons. I have the first two seasons on DVD and I would like to get the third season on DVD.

I received a email from SHOUT! and they said that since sales dropped at the stores for the 3rd season of Mr. Belvedere they are planning on selling the fourth season on SHOUT. Well I do not think too many people know about Mr. Belvedere because stations like Nick@Nite will not air Mr. Belvedere or TV Land when they should be doing that! I mean even TBS, WGN, FOX, or any of the other networks should be showing this in reruns but they are not though.
