od film. it's so raw, uncensored, gritty, edgy, and seedy, and realistic. it shows a dark and real side of the sinful part of '80s L.A., it's dark club scene.

it has good performances from most people in it, it has great music, great dancing, great energy in the dancing scenes, and it has a great overall look and feel. you really feel like you are in a club in the '80s dancing the night away. this film is a winner!

i give it 7 stars out 10.

I’m just watching Club Life now and I would have thought there would be more posts on here about the film.

I'm not, I'm a movie buff whose formative years were the 1980s and I have never heard of it.

They had these types of movies that were 'straight to the video store' never released in theaters.

The business model was this...make a low budget movie, put a very sexy pic on the cover, put it on a video store shelf, wait for some horny teen to rent it.

Many many pimply aged teens who did not have access to porn in the 1980s rented it for sure!

You could argue that the most important thing in making a movie like this is the cover.

Of course, no internet, no reviews.

If you wanted to rent a movie or video game, the front and back cover was your guide.

Such great cover art during the 80s.

one of the best cover art for a movie of all time is for gimme and 'f'. it's one of the most beautiful images i've ever seen. it's the epitome of '80s movies and specifically '80s teen sex comedies. it has a hot babe, an arcade game box, a fat guy, and a nerd. and it's an '80s style animated image.

I'm same , my teens were the 80s , and i folowed all the films , never heard of this one , or any of the suggested "similar movies" or indeed any of the actors lol

The cover art , and title , makes it look like moere of a comedy - like that "club med" film
