But i guess that is why we like 80s teen flicks..and also come on..that wouldn't have gone down like that..would have been caught in he firs 24 hours of the crime..

I quite agree, but Helen Slater is so awesome, and makes the film so worth it.

I wouldn't say this is overly hard to watch, but after seeing it recently for the first time in years it admittedly hasn't aged all that well for me.
Really thought Slater looked a lot better with her hair long....just my opinion.

I did not care for it and saw it a few months ago. It starts off decent, but it gets silly. The hair-cutting scene was supposed to be pivotal, but it did not move me. I only watched it because Christian Slater was in it. I liked Helen Slater in Supergirl when I saw it as a kid, but that film is not very good, either.

I love this movie. It's just good, cheesy 80's fun. I never get tired of it.

I try to be good hard-worker-man, but refrigemater so messy, so so messy.

the short hair gave her sort of a rogue, rebel chick appeal but no way does it look better than the long hair .. long hair is feminine, sexy

Yeah - as opposed to all the "great" movies they make today. Moron.
