Anyone notice the foreshadowing in the opening scene?

Right in the beginning of the movie, when Binx is getting his scooter out, you hear the DJ say on the radio:

"They say some like it hot, well some of you are going to BURN today."

Then Billie Jean's effigy burns at the end of the movie.
